Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

  • EU deliveries: No customs duties. Prices in our shop include VAT (OSS rules may apply).

  • Switzerland & other Non-EU countries: We ship under Incoterm DAP (Delivered At Place).

    • Customs duties, import VAT and possible fees are collected from the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.

    • In exceptional cases, we can offer DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) by prior arrangement. Please contact us before placing your order at [insert email].

  • For smooth customs clearance, a tax number/UID/EORI or other details may be required. Please ensure your contact information is correct.

Tracking & Insurance

  • Every shipment receives a tracking number via email.

  • All shipments are insured in line with the carrier’s terms. Report transport damage within 7 days of delivery to [insert email] and include photos of both the outer and inner packaging.

Undeliverable/Refused Shipments

  • If shipments are returned due to incorrect address, non-collection or refusal of acceptance, we will refund the product value minus incurred shipping and return costs. Reshipment is possible once costs are covered.

Partial Deliveries

  • Depending on availability, we may ship partial deliveries at no extra cost to you. Additional shipping charges will not apply.

Shipping Restrictions

  • No delivery to parcel lockers/Packstation outside Germany.

  • Hazardous goods and prohibited items are excluded.
